Here are Isabel's and my finished "Rock Pumpkins"!! This is SO easy that children of any age can do this. Just find rocks that can "stand up" on their own. Paint them orange for pumpkins or white for little ghosties. When the paint is dry, paint funny faces on with black (or any color of your choice!).
As I mentioned in an earlier post, I wish I could take credit for the idea myself but I'm not that resourceful! I saw the "pumpkins" in a recent magazine, but now I can't remember which one. I've looked at several at the stores, but can't locate it anywhere. So if any of you have seen it, please let me know so I can give credit where it's due. What a great idea! I did little ghosts on my own but can't get them to load to this particular post. Will try in another post. Anyway, maybe you could try brown turkey rocks for Thanksgiving, Santa Clauses for Christmas, and definitely odd-shaped, colorful Easter eggs!! Oh dear.....so little time and so much to create!!
Love and Blessings to All, Jan
